my view on job-hopping

many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. in their opinions, people who change their jobs frequently are superficial and tactless. they believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an txpert.

but there are still many people who dont agree. they argue that change means progress. if you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. every change is a step to further success. this idea may be. the reason why they change their jobs so often.

for my part, i think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportuniry. but once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, it is advisable to settle down to it and put all your efforts into it. only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goal.

people have different attitudes towards their work. some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. these people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. so if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work.

others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. in their opinion, people work in order to make more money. if they have a chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it.

my idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. so if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.

nowadays, many youth changes their jobs frequently which have aroused large focus by public. some people think young people should stick to one job until they learn things. but others think if young people have higher salary or position, they could change their jobs as well as they like. in my opinion, i prefer the second one.

firstly, many students don't know what kinds of job they really want after graduate, but if they practice and change constantly, they may find the favor one. moreover, change means step forward. of course, they will choose the one with high pay or high position.

secondly, changing job means knowing more people. youth could learn more skills from different bosses and colleagues, and make friends with ex-boss or workers; it must be huge relation recourse for their career.

thirdly, changing jobs could exercise youth's ability, especially adaptability. when young people meet the new environment and new people, they need times to adapt all of it. if they experience more, they would make themselves become the member of the collective as soon as possible, which also advantage for their works.

to sum up, it's reasonable to change their jobs if youth have the chance.

some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. some have been teachers all their lives. some devote their life energy to scientific research. such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. they are usually high achievers.

some are different. they are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. they never seem content with their present situation. some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.

as far as i am coneerned, i want to be professionally strong. i am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes "jack of all trades, master of none". but i want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.

job-hopping, or frequent change of jobs, is becoming increasingly common in china today. as the economy grows, more opportunities for employment are appearing than before. the result is that people, especially young people, are tempted to change jobs frequently, seeking higher salaries or more interesting positions.

nevertheless, many people prefer to stay in their old jobs. this is partly because they feel loyal to their work units, and partly because they dislike the idea of having to spend much time training for a new job. in addition, although a new job may offer higher pay or more opportunities for promotion, it may be located far from home and be inconvenient to reach.

i think it is a good thing for the workforce to be flexible, so that new demands for personnel can be satisfied quickly. however, if a person changes jobs too often, he or she will cause losses to the employing units. moreover, frequent job-hopping prevents a person from gaining valuable job experience and developing good work habits.
